All orders are final. No cancellations or changes can be made once an order is placed.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Exceptions:

Faulty, damaged, or mis-shipped items may be eligible for a replacement or refund/store credit according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Authenticity & Serial Numbers
Each Dyson product is supplied with a unique serial number, which customers are welcome to verify independently on Dyson’s official website. The presence of a serial number does not imply local warranty coverage or authorisation by Dyson South Africa.

Warranty & Liability
As we are not an authorised Dyson retailer, manufacturer warranties, regional warranties, or brand-backed guarantees may not apply. We will not be held liable for manufacturer-related claims, warranty disputes, brand authentication matters, or trademark-related issues.

Product Quality & Replacements
In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing defect or quality-related fault, and subject to confirmation and approval by our supplier, we will assist in arranging a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with our supplier’s policies. This support is supplier-based and does not constitute a Dyson manufacturer warranty.

No replacements, refunds, or resolutions will be provided for issues arising from:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or improper handling
Accidental or physical damage
Electrical damage
Customer preference, expectations, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality
