Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Inspired-by (Dupe) Perfumes: 3–7 business days
Original Perfume Range: 7–15 business days (can take up to 21 business days)
Cosmetics: 7–15 business days
Sol de Janeiro: 3–7 business days
Dubai Perfumes: 3–7 business days
Hair Extensions: 7–15 business days
Dyson Products: 5–11 business days

Important Shipping Notice:

Fast or express shipping options are not available for products with longer delivery estimates (7–15 business days or items that may take up to 21 business days). Selecting an express shipping option does not shorten supplier lead times.

Orders are processed based on the applicable delivery timeline for the specific product range purchased.

Each Dyson product is supplied with a unique serial number, which customers are welcome to verify independently on Dyson’s official website. The presence of a serial number does not imply local warranty coverage or authorisation by Dyson South Africa.

Warranty & Liability
As we are not an authorised Dyson retailer, manufacturer warranties, regional warranties, or brand-backed guarantees may not apply. We will not be held liable for manufacturer-related claims, warranty disputes, brand authentication matters, or trademark-related issues.

Product Quality & Replacements
In the unlikely event of a verified manufacturing defect or quality-related fault, and subject to confirmation and approval by our supplier, we will assist in arranging a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with our supplier’s policies. This support is supplier-based and does not constitute a Dyson manufacturer warranty.

No replacements, refunds, or resolutions will be provided for issues arising from:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or improper handling
Accidental or physical damage
Electrical damage
Customer preference, expectations, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality
